If you’re aiming to become a professional nurse, the Limpopo College of Nursing is now accepting applications for its Diploma in Nursing (General) programme for 2026. This is a three-year, full-time course that prepares you to register with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a General Nurse.

Requirements: Who Can Apply?
You must be a South African citizen with a Senior Certificate (Matric exemption) or National Senior Certificate with a Bachelor’s Degree pass. 

Minimum points of 24 are required (excluding Life Orientation), and you must have passed the following subjects at these levels: English 50-59%, Biology/Life Sciences 50-59%, Physical Science 50-59%, Mathematics 50-59% or Mathematical Literacy 60-69%.
